Meet Jesse Northrop
Founder, Jesse Northrop, developed a passion for construction at the young age of 12 when he watched intently as a family friend worked his roofing and exterior construction business. When Jesse became a teenager, he dug right in and began working for his mentor, learning all aspects of construction firsthand. At the time he was unaware that he was laying the foundation for owning his own business. When his mentor wanted a change of careers, Jesse took over the company and became a business owner at the age of 17.​

Jesse entered the U.S. Military in his early 20’s and served active duty in Afghanistan. He was wounded and had to leave the military due to injuries sustained during battle. After he returned home and took some time to heal, he joined several large construction companies looking for the right fit. At one major construction firm, he became head of operations for multiple locations along the East Coast. Over time, he learned that the corporate construction atmosphere was not something he wanted to be a part of long term. His true passion was having the satisfaction of doing a hard day’s work with a group of like-minded craftsmen and seeing everyday people smile when their project was completed.
Today, Jesse and his business support his family, along with employees and their families. His long-held values of honesty, living and working with integrity, serving his community, and doing whatever job is in front of him to the best of his ability, makes for someone you’d want to have working for you.
